The store sells products to individuals of legal age. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping fees.

Ordering

Products are ordered from the online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing the purchase via the online payment service. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details provided during the order process will only be used for order fulfillment or resolving any issues related to the order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order in the online store, you agree to comply with the terms of delivery in effect at the time of purchase.

Payment and Payment Methods

The payment service provider is Klarna.

Through Klarna, you can choose from the following payment options: invoice, installment payment, card payment, mobile payment, and online banking payments.

For complaints regarding payments, please contact the product supplier first.

When choosing Klarna Invoice, the invoice will be sent to your email. You do not need to provide your payment card details, and you will receive the ordered products before you have to pay for them. More details are available on Klarna’s website: www.klarna.fi.

By selecting Klarna as your payment method, you accept Klarna's credit terms. You can find Klarna’s current service terms and general credit agreement terms on their website.

By clicking the "Buy" button, you accept Lapin Murre’s general terms and conditions.

Order and Payment Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email, which includes your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation or have any questions, please contact our customer service. Keep the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When contacting customer service, please have your customer and order number available. Always check that the package contents match the products listed in the order confirmation.

Shipping Methods and Fees

Shipping costs include postage and packaging fees. The estimated shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart based on the selected shipping method. The exact shipping fee is shown once you select the payment and delivery method during checkout. Available shipping methods depend on the contents and total weight of the shopping cart. At checkout, you can choose the delivery method that best suits you, along with its exact cost.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery times in Finland vary depending on the order and the selected delivery method. If the product is in stock, we aim to ship it within 1–2 business days. Any exceptions to estimated delivery times are mentioned if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will notify you immediately after placing the order if delays occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages resulting from delays. The online store will notify customers of any exceptional delivery times on its website.

Return Policy

Consumers have the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receiving them, excluding the day of receipt. The returned product and its packaging must be in the same condition as when received.

Customers are encouraged to notify us via email at info@lapinmurre.fi before returning a product. This helps us process returns and refunds as quickly as possible.

For other returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

If the product is defective, Lapin Murre will cover the return costs.

Unclaimed Packages

Failure to pick up an order is not the same as returning or canceling it. A handling fee of 15 euros will be charged for unclaimed packages.

Problem Situations

Despite careful packaging, packages may sometimes be damaged during shipping. It is recommended to check the package condition upon pickup in the presence of a postal officer. If the package is damaged during transit and the ordered product(s) are also damaged, immediately file a damage report at the post office. After that, contact our customer service to arrange for a replacement product.

If the customer has received the wrong product or the product is defective, they must notify Lapin Murre within a reasonable time via email at info@lapinmurre.fi. Incorrect deliveries can be returned without shipping costs according to Lapin Murre’s return instructions (see the Return Policy section).

Returns should be made after filing a complaint. Once Lapin Murre has received the returned item, any payments made by the customer will be refunded promptly.
