The store sells products to individuals of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.

Ordering

Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms and conditions in force at any time.

Payment and payment methods

Klarna is the payment service.

Payment options through Klarna include invoice, installment payment, card payment, mobile payment, and online banking payments.

In case of complaints, we ask that you first contact the product supplier.

Payment options through Klarna include invoice and installment payment. When paying with Klarna Invoice, an invoice will be sent to you by email. You do not need to provide your payment card information and you will receive the products you ordered before you need to pay for them. Order and payment confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will immediately send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. Always check the contents of the order confirmation. If you did not receive an order confirmation or if you have any questions, please contact our customer service. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available, if applicable. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. We will show an estimate of the future shipping costs in the shopping cart according to the preferred shipping method. You will see the exact shipping costs after you have selected the payment and shipping methods you want for your order. The shipping methods used depend on the contents of the shopping cart and the total weight. You can choose the option that best suits you from the shipping methods available at checkout, in which the exact shipping cost is shown.

Delivery time

Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. If the product is in stock, we aim to ship the products within 1-2 business days. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect harm caused by delays. The online store will inform you about any unusual delivery times on its website.

Return policy

The consumer has the right to return unused products within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product(s), excluding the date of receipt. The returned product and product packaging must be in the same condition as when it was received.

The consumer is requested to notify the return by email to info@lapinmurre.fi before returning the product. This is so that we can wait for the shipment and thereby process the returned products and refund the money as quickly as possible. The consumer can return the defective product/products without any costs. The return should be sent to the following address: Customer Returns/Lapin Murre, Mäkiruonalankatu 58, 94700 Kemi. In other product returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the costs.

In the case of a defective product, the return costs are covered by Lapin Murre.

Unclaimed package

Unclaimed packages are not the same as returned or cancelled. We will charge a handling fee of 15 euros for any package that is not claimed.

Problem situations

Sometimes, despite careful packaging, packages can be damaged during postal transport. Therefore, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package in the presence of a postal worker when you pick it up. If the package has been damaged in transit and if the ordered product(s) are also damaged, immediately file a damage report with the post office. Then contact our customer service to arrange the delivery of a new product.

If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, the product is damaged, etc., the consumer must notify Lapin Murre within a reasonable time by email to info@lapinmurre.fi . The incorrect delivery will be returned free of postage in accordance with the instructions provided by Lapin Murre (section Return conditions).

The return takes place after a complaint has been made. After receiving the returned goods, Lapin Murre will immediately refund any purchase price already paid to the customer.
